Established in 2016, when Covid hit in 2020 we took the opportunity to execute a management buyout, and that's when things really got going.

Luke co-founded Qurated in 2016 and is Managing Director, Luke heads up our Leadership Search practice and is Banking industry lead.
Prior to Qurated, Luke led the Financial Services practice for a boutique Consultancy, focused on placing Change & Transformation Leadership roles for a range of global FS clients.
Amber co-founded Qurated in 2016 and is a Director of the business leading Strategy, Growth & business Operations.
Prior to Qurated, Amber spent 10 years recruiting leadership roles within Change & Transformation, working with a mix of Consultancy & Industry clients.
Jamie joined Qurated in 2022 as a Director, leading our Interim Projects practice. Jamie is also our Insurance industry lead.
Jamie joined us from a competitor, where he spent 8 years building their Contract practice. Prior to this, Jamie worked in a managerial position within the Insurance industry.
Nicholas joined Qurated in 2017 and heads up Teams & Capability delivery practice, focused on building out teams across our clients Technology & Transformation divisions.
Nicholas joined Qurated having spent 2.5 years with a competitor in the change space and has since progressed rapidly, having been promoted 4 times within 5 years.
