Supporting Making the leap
Our Consultants Luke, Nick and John spent today working with Making the Leap, a Social Mobility Charity who run careers education training in schools and training that prepares young adults for life-changing career opportunities.
Together with volunteers from a number of different companies, today we were based at a school in SW London conducting mock interviews with around 8-10 pupils each. It was great to meet a group of ambitious young people with a mix of different personalities and confidence levels, and offer a bit of insight into the world of jobs and interviews – helping prepare them for life after school.
