The opportunity.
Qurated Network is looking to hire an ambitious Business Development Representative to join our Teams division, a consultancy alternative supporting companies with technology transformation. Working within the legal industry, the ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, proactively generating new business, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. Success in this role will require building strong relationships with Law firm partners and c-suite decision makers in order to generate opportunities for Qurated Network's Adaptive Teams practice.

Key responsibilities.
- Identify and engage potential customers, generating high-quality leads that progress into new business opportunities.
- Contacting prospects via phone, email, and online to create an impactful first impression
- Leverage your communication skills to build credibility with C-suite and senior decision-makers effectively conveying Qurated's value proposition to drive meaningful conversations and opportunities.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and challenges, ensuring they meet our ideal customer profile.
- Manage leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent engagement.
- Use CRM to track leads and sales activities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Work closely with the sales leader to ensure a smooth progression of opportunities from leads to sales.
- Provide commercial insights, information, and feedback to team members, generated from interactions with prospects.
- Stay informed about Qurated Networks’ services, industry trends, and competitive landscape to more effectively engage with prospects
The ideal person.
- Proven experience in sales, specifically B2B sales within legal services.
- Experience building relationships with and selling to Partners or C-suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative approach.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Highly organised, positive, and resilient.
- Ambitious, with a growth mindset aligned with Qurated Network's values.
- Bachelors degree (or equivelent)
