Director/Partner, Search

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Search professional to spearhead the growth of our rapidly expanding Search practice. This person will be responsible for broadening our footprint and client base, building and leading the team of experienced consultants, and working closely with our co-founders to guide the strategic direction of the area.

Your Responsibilities:
- Work closely with co-founders to develop and refine our Search strategy and process, ensuring it aligns with Qurated Network’s overall business goals
- Spearhead our growth within leadership search, identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, expanding our reach and driving revenue for Qurated Search.
- Identify and explore broader opportunities to further our influence, from industry events to commercial partnerships and everything in between.
- Leverage your extensive network and our client base to solidify Qurated Search as a recognised leader in the industry.
- Act as the face of Qurated Network’s Search business, offering expert guidance and insights.
- Drive a data-led approach, forecasting activity, setting targets and ensuring these are met or exceeded
You should have:
- Extensive Search experience and proven background in strategic team leadership and people management
- Deep market knowledge and understanding with experience of or interest in technology, ideally within FS or professional services
- Proven ability to build and nurture high-stakes client and candidate relationships with a consultative approach, and then teaching others to do the same.
- Strong track record of implementing innovative strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- A positive, proactive approach, and eager to make a substantial impact in an established yet rapidly growing business
