You will:

  • Explore and develop new business opportunities focusing on the origination of permanent leadership mandates, seeking to gain exclusivity with both new and existing clients
  • Collaborate closely with other Sector heads to pursue leads, execute pitches, manage negotiations and ultimately secure new business
  • Leverage existing client relationships, to unlock additional opportunities across the space  
  • Own processes, ensuring seamless success and that our standards of excellence are met.
  • Collaborate with our dedicated delivery team for resourcing, ensuring mandates are communicated effectively and managed through to completion 
  • Provide consultative guidance based on industry knowledge and market intel to clients and candidates 
  • Play a crucial role in driving the performance and expansion of the team. Leading by example in making an impact for our clients, candidates and Qurators.
  • Disseminate your expert industry knowledge through training, coaching and developing your team and the wider business 

You should have:

  • Extensive technology recruitment experience particularly with winning and delivering on permanent technology leadership mandates, within any specialism
  • Proven leadership skills, a strong motivator, with proven experience developing junior consultants
  • Ability to discuss and assimilate technological concepts, requirements and mandates with industry leaders
  • A process-oriented with a relationship-led approach to securing exclusive mandates
  • A robust track record of implementing innovative BD and client development strategies to enhance business growth.
  • High energy, a positive and proactive outlook, and eagerness to make a significant impact on an established yet rapidly growing business
  • A deep curiosity and an ambitious growth mindset, mirroring our own.
