Project Solutions Director

The Role 
As the Project Solutions Director at Qurated Network, you will be pivotal in driving the success and growth of our business. The role requires a unique blend of consulting expertise, and client and commercial development acumen. Success in this role will be crucial for building strong relationships, creating an enviable portfolio of clients, and guiding the growth and strategic direction of our business.

Responsibilities
Client Development

  • Strategically identify and engage key prospects to enhance our pitch opportunities and success rate, winning new clients and expanding our portfolio of work
  • Leverage your extensive network in the space and in-depth knowledge across one or all our core industries to uncover and tap into new opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with the business development team to support them to nurture and progress leads
  • Utilise exceptional client-relationship skills to fortify existing client relationships, while identifying areas of further expansion
  • Drive the development of proposals and pitches demonstrating our consulting expertise, tailored to align with clients’ specific needs. 
  • Act as the face of Qurated Network’s Consulting business in pitches and client meetings, offering expert guidance and insights and showcasing our capabilities
  • Understand delivery best practices, and demonstrate this as needed, to further excel our business development efforts 
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth communication and client satisfaction 

 
Strategic Leadership

  • Use expertise to help refine and lead the implementation of our best-in-class sales process to improve overall client development and project delivery
  • Provide diligent oversight and leadership to ensure this methodology is executed to a consistently high standard, delivering what we have promised and ensuring success
  • Work closely with a carefully curated team of expert consultants to ensure a seamless transition from client engagement to project execution
  • Mentor and guide internal teams, particularly business development teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Utilise commercial acumen to develop an optimal internal team structure to ensure business success and the effective delivery of the implemented processes.
  • Identify new commercial opportunities, develop strategies for market expansion, and align efforts with Qurated Network’s vision of growth and impact.


Requirements:

  • Extensive consulting experience, with a solid track record of leading and executing projects across a variety of sectors including but not limited to the financial services, insurance, and legal industries. 
  • Demonstrable success in business development, evidencing your ability to significantly contribute to the expansion of business opportunities.
  • Proven capability in establishing, maintaining, and enhancing client relationships, ensuring effective engagement and satisfaction
  • Exceptional commercial acumen to guide critical business decisions, particularly in terms of optimising processes and structuring teams for enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent project management proficiency
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and the latest methodologies enabling strategic foresight and informed decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Self-starting drive and the ability to take on a leading role in an early-stage, growing fast-paced, business area
  • Ambitious, with a strong self-improvement mindset and desire to grow with the business
