Prior to Qurated, Luke led the Financial Services practice for a boutique Consultancy, focused on placing Change & Transformation Leadership roles for a range of global FS clients.
Amber co-founded Qurated in 2016 and is Managing Director of our US search practice.
Prior to Qurated, Amber spent 10 years recruiting leadership roles within Change & Transformation, working with a mix of Consultancy & Industry clients.
Sean is the Director of Project Solutions at Qurated Network, where he leads the consultancy practice. With over 12 years of experience in the technology, innovation, and change sectors, Sean has a proven track record of building high-performing consulting teams across multiple geographies.
Nicholas joined Qurated in 2017 and heads up the Teams & Capability delivery practice, focusing on building teams across our clients' Technology & Transformation divisions.
Nicholas joined Qurated having spent nearly three years with a competitor in the change space and has since progressed rapidly, having been promoted five times within seven years.
Oliver joined Qurated in 2021 and is a Senior Consultant within our Search practice, focusing on Technology & Transformation Leadership within Legal Services.
Oliver has a first class honours in Criminology and Criminal Justice Studies with Law from the University of Plymouth.
Harry joined Qurated in 2021 and is a Senior Consultant within our Teams & Capability practice, focusing on building Technology & Engineering teams within Financial Services, Banking, and Fintech.
Harry has a bachelor's in Classical and Ancient Studies from Cardiff University.
John joined Qurated in 2021 and is a Senior Consultant within our Adaptive Delivery practice, focusing on Technology & Transformation Leadership within Banking and Fintech.
John has a Master of Accounting & Finance and a first class bachelor’s degree in Economics, both gained from the University of Leicester.
Michelena joined Qurated in 2021 and is a Consultant within our Teams & Capability practice, focusing on building technology & transformation teams.
Michelena has a Masters's degree in Psychological Therapies from BARTS and The London School of Medicine and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Boston University.

Oliver is a talented footballer and received a full scholarship to complete his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics & Finance at Mars Hill University in the USA.

Prior to joining Qurated Luke was a professional footballer playing for St Mirren Football Club. Luke has a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Glasgow Caledonian University.

Megan is a talented basketball, having represented Great Britain, and also received a full scholarship to complete her bachelor's in business administration from Fresno Pacific University in the USA.
Derek joined Qurated in 2022 and is a Senior Associate within our Teams & Capability practice, focusing on building delivery teams across Technology & Transformation.
Derek has a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Nottingham and was planning a laboratory-based career before pursuing a career in recruitment.

Tom has a bachelor's in Spanish and Politics from the University of Bath.
